SPECIAL CARE UNITS
Residential Care Unit
We offer an all female secured unit providing a caring environment for females with a primary diagnosis of mental illness for ages 18 years and older. We offer quality short term care or long term care to meet your needs.
Alzheimer's unit
Our three units have a total capacity of 56 residents. Each unit is designed to meet the needs of the Alzheimer’s residents during the progressive stages of the disease process. Our 24 hour staff is specially trained in meeting the ever changing needs of the Alzheimer’s resident. Our units are alarmed and secured to allow optimum mobility.
Medicare unit
A variety of skilled services including physical, occupational and speech therapies are available as well as IV therapy. Since all of our beds are dual certified to include Medicare, we are staffed with licensed professionals 24 hour a day. Our goal is to assist our residents in returning to their home, functioning as independently as possible. We are the only licensed Medicare facility in Sedalia.
Physical rehabilitation unit
The Rehabilitation Unit is designed to meet the needs of residents with primary diagnosis of complex medical or skilled medical needs with ancillary diagnosis of mental illness. The unit accepts residents for both long and short-term care. Our unit is carefully designed to meet the clinical needs of residents while maintaining a home-like atmosphere.
Safe haven unit
Four Seasons Living Center has 239 dually certified beds. These beds are utilized to provide a variety of skilled services: including physical, occupational, speech therapies. Four Seasons offers the best in skilled nursing care for heavy medical including, tube feeding, trach’s and IV therapies. The Facility is staffed with licensed professionals 24 hrs per day. The goal is to assist our residents in returning to their highest level of functioning and living as independently as possible. Four Seasons Living Center is the only licensed Medicare / Medicaid facility in the Sedalia area.
The Manor
This unit has a capacity of 61 male residents, and provides services to those that have varied types of Dementia’s, TBI’s and other related diagnosis. The staff works closely with our residents to assist them in a progressive approach to recapturing their ability to function as independently as possible. Residents are monitored closely by specialized trained staff and cameras. Doors are alarmed to aid in the safety and protection to our residents.
