Reliant Care Management Company, LLC and the facilities it manages are dedicated to providing quality care in a caring and dignified manner predominantly to both the elderly geriatric population and to those eighteen years of age and older who are afflicted with mental illnesses in addition to a primary medical diagnosis. We have a special needs unit which focuses on quality long term care and/or short term care for individuals with complex medical and mental illnesses. We also have an in/out patient rehab unit designed to meet the needs of the resident's with the primary diagnoses of complex medical or skilled medical needs with ancillary diagnosis of mental illness.
