Reliant Care Management Company, LLC and the facilities it manages are dedicated to providing quality care in a caring and dignified manner predominantly to both the elderly geriatric population and to those eighteen years of age and older who are afflicted with mental illnesses in addition to a primary medical diagnosis. SPECIAL CARE UNITS
Each one of our residents is given
individualized care depending on their
needs. We provide general care such
as assistance with feeding, bathing,
dressing and grooming and, when
needed, we provide more specialized
care such as IV’s, tube feedings, wound
care and more. Our Medical Director is
a licensed physician and supervises
each patient’s care and our licensed
Nurses are available 24 hours per day.
We have professionals such as
therapists, dieticians and pharmacists
who review the needs of our residents
to be sure we are meeting their needs.
